Each company gets its own vault (mailbox). They get a key and we have the other one. These safes are located in the workshop and are accessible to our customers from 08:00 to 17:00. This is an advantage for both, because our office closes at 16:00 and so you can hand in or pick up everything until 17:00.
CASH PAYERS hand in the due amount until Thursday 5 p.m. You'll find the cash register slip in your vault later on. Please adhere to this timing. Otherwise, starting Friday at 9:00 am, the collection of your rental cars via GPS will start.
